Sharmaine Bernard, It's All Silly Says Tilly

Inspiring the world to value each other. Embracing our differences.

I am a blogger, grandmother, and avid reader/writer who enjoys sunny spring days and flowers. I can be found doodling or writing on small pieces of paper or writing in my journal. I love spending time with my grandchildren. Creating is my passion. Whether it is through crafts, writing, or gardening. I love to create beautiful things that make the world extra special.

Every life matters. Every life has value. Embracing differences makes the world a much better and brighter place to be in. Every child has a purpose. You can achieve great things when you know you are a significant part of this world.

The most important thing the author wants readers to gain from her book:

The most important thing I would like readers to take away from my book is that they are wonderful just the way they are, regardless of what someone else may bully or tease them about. It is a hurtful action against others to make them feel less about themselves or unaccepted because they are different. Make friends and encourage each other because words are powerful and hurtful ones can be damaging.

Why the author is an authority on the subject of her book:

Life experience, I believe transcends to having an authority on a subject. If you have gone through something and have experienced life situations, you can speak openly from the heart as to how something has affected you.

I believe that is what gives anyone the authority to speak on anything. We write from an extension of ourselves.
