Tamara Raymond is founder and president of Innovative Management Consulting, Inc., an organization committed to professional, career and leadership development for adults and young people; as well as guidance for teens in determining their career paths. She has successfully coached and/or mentored a multitude of clients, ranging from business owners, employees, executives and corporate teams; to adults, students and young leaders. Tamara has focused her passion for leadership coaching and mentoring on youth empowerment, with the release of her award-winning book, Careering: The Pocket Guide to Exploring Your Future Career. The pocket guide’s primary goal is to provide the youngest, emerging leaders in the U.S. and around the world with tools to develop as leaders. In 2017, Tamara also founded and launched the Careering for Youth initiative, which includes the paperback, e-book, audiobook; a downloadable online course; and individual coaching for teens and young adults.
Tamara has woven together her extensive career experience, academic journey and passion for coaching-mentoring youth to share knowledge with teens and young adults. She has over 15 years of diversified experience as a certified leadership coach and career strategist.

In addition, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI.
